Arizona winter, Moscow summer. Actually I've got some Russian students who say it gets hot in Moscow.

Daughter

Red hot.

What have you been up to?

Dad

Not much. Took a nap with Cairo. I've been reading a few Christmas cards.

Daughter

Christmas is over, Dad.

Dad

I know, but this way I can send letters when people don't expect them.

If they get them later they won't throw them away. They'll actually read the card.
